RTB Short 'Film' Festival
I like the bit that says 100% viewer voting.. i think i may join.. Is anyone else out there interested? I think those that can do some films should.. its a good way to start pushing this industry forward.

somehow i have a feeling that the winner is someone who are 'inside' of the committee members. someone who know somebody in the committee groups.

it doesnt hurt trying anyway. if they do have an inside member prompting their own members to win, all of the videos are shown to everyone anyway. The public can judge which are of best quality and when the one with the less wins, the organisers would be embarassed that such thing happened.
yupe, no harm trying. may the best video win. organisers would be embarrassed? haha... this is brunei, who cares about embarrassment.
